To start we hope you are completely happy with your product, however if you're not satisfied you have a full year to return it to us. In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or defective item, please contact our costumer service during the first 365 days of purchase and we will be happy to help you with your request.
WHAT TO DO IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If you're not satisfied with a product you can return it to us up to 365 days as long as it has not been used. To do so, please contact our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) and apply for a Return Form.
I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
To return an item simply write an email to our Customer Service (email@example.com) and apply for the Return Form. Print and carefully fill in all the required information: the order number, address of the sender, the reason of return and whether you would like a refund, will like to exchange the goods for a new product or for the same one in a different size. If you wish to exchange an item, we will inform you about the progress and the new shipment personally.
The next step we ask you to do is to attentively pack the item you are returning with adequate padding material to prevent any damage during transportation and INCLUDING the required printed and filled Return Form (without the correctly filled in Return Form we are not able to fulfill your request and you risk that the logistics will loose your product!).
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOU RECEIVE MY RETURNED ITEM?
Once we receive the returned item, the product will be meticulously reviewed to make sure it conforms to the required conditions. We take great care in providing every user with the best never been used new products and we trust you to help us in this. In the situation of a refund, you will be refunded with the total value, through the original purchase method. (Please be aware that if you have used a credit card, the transaction will be shown on the statement of the following month.)
